CodeFighter Chat Small Download (560K) or Large Download (3.6M)
A proprietary TCP/IP chat server, server manager, and client.  The chat server can run as an NT/2000 service or a 95/98/Me application, and is a multi-threaded TCP/IP socket program.  Includes install, uninstall, and online help facilities.

Note: Small Downloads can only be used for Windows 2000, or a machine that has installed the Windows Installer software.  Large Downloads include the Windows Installer, and can be used on any Win32 environment.
